Support CWA's $60 for 60 campaign this season as we raise money to conserve and improve more habitat and hunting land in Connecticut and receive special Limited Edition 60th Anniversary CWA Logo Merchandise. Contribute between 7/1/2026 and 6/30/2027 to receive these gifts.
The Nehantic State Forest gained 70 acres of additional mixed wetland and upland habitat in June of 2026 thanks to the combined funding from State of Connecticut Duck Stamp purchases, Land & Water Conservation Funds, and Connecticut Waterfowl Association funds. CWA was the only conservation group to contribute to the acquisition of this property. Thank you to everyone who has supported CWA over the years to make this purchase possible. Your continued support as a Contributing or Life Member and your attendance at any of our fundraising events will make additional land acquisitions possible for waterfowl and waterfowl hunting.

To work in Connecticut to conserve wetlands for the benefit of waterfowl and other wildlife species and to preserve the traditions associated with waterfowl hunting.

Yearly Memberships in the Connecticut Waterfowl Association (CWA) begin at just $25 and help to fund many of our conservation and outreach programs. The CWA is the only current active waterfowl and wetland restoration association where ALL funds raised through our membership and fundraising events go toward initiatives that benefit the State of CT wetlands and Atlantic flyway waterfowl.
Amazing day all around! Thank you to all of the participants who came to the this years shoot at Andover Sportsman's Association! We received overwhelmingly positive feedback about the clays course, the grounds, the locations, the raffle items, and especially: the food! Thank you to the New Haven Pizza Truck for lunch and The Farm Kitchen for the farm-raised breakfast sandwiches! We invite you to support these excellent businesses for your own events. Save the date for next year's event: Sunday, May 23rd, 2027. Tickets are already on sale - sign up early and don't miss a single CWA event!
