CWA Conservation Projects

(2024) The CWA donated $2,500 toward the bridge and tide gate restoration (returning tidal flow) at the Hammock River Marsh in Clinton, CT.  The projet was in participation with Ducks Unlimited, the down of Clinton and the CT DEEP.  

In 2019 the CWA worked with the CT DEEP and other waterfowl organizations to rebuild and enhance the water control structures in Nehantic State forrest 

In 2014 plans were put in place to build and repair a Handicap Blind structure at Babcock pond for waterfowl hunters in wheel chairs.
